Privacy & Data Use

How IProFixer handles assessment requests, contact enquiries, uploaded images, operational records and limited first-party analytics.

Information you provide

When you send an assessment request or contact enquiry, we process the information you choose to provide so the request can be reviewed and responded to. This can include contact details, property or business information, service needs, notes and optional asset photographs.

RFQ images and operational records

Images uploaded with an assessment request are stored as private RFQ media and are retrieved through authenticated, short-lived access. Operational records such as RFQ status history and audit events are retained to support request handling, accountability and business operations.

Limited first-party analytics

The site records a small set of first-party product events to understand service interest and whether key workflows are usable. These events are limited to RFQ start, completed RFQ step number, successful RFQ submission, service viewed, before/after comparison interaction, email or phone contact click, and language change. Analytics records do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded content, session identifiers, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints, and the analytics implementation does not set analytics cookies.

Analytics retention

First-party analytics events are automatically removed after 90 days. Business and RFQ records may be retained for the period needed to manage requests, service history, security, audit and operational requirements.

Marketing and third-party tracking

The current site does not use the analytics event store for advertising profiles or marketing targeting and does not include a third-party advertising tracker. If that implementation changes, the privacy and consent approach must be reviewed before release.

Administrative access and security

Administrative areas use server-managed sessions and permission-based access. Sensitive RFQ media is not exposed as public website content. Security and operational controls are reviewed as part of the platform release process.
